We are looking for applicants with operational and mine planning experience to play a leading role in developing this business. The successful applicant will be competent in the use of computerised mine planning tools and have experience in mine design, project optimisation, equipment selection, production scheduling, and opex and capex estimation, as well as project management. The challenges we can offer the successful candidate include involvement in a wide range of projects, linking international and local project design approaches, optimising operations, the opportunity to be involved in modernising local systems and working in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, technical report writing and project management skills, together with a high level of numeracy, are essential. Russian language skills are not critical. In return, we offer an attractive remuneration package consisting of a competitive salary, accommodation allowance, annual performance related bonuses and share packages.
