Zaure Kunanbayeva

Zaure Kunanbayeva is a Junior Consultant Geologist with SRK Consulting (Kazakhstan). After graduating from Semey Geological Prospecting College and then form Central Asian University, she had worked for over four years on various exploration and mining projects in Kazakhstan. As an exploration geologist she worked on copper-porphyry, gold, and graphite projects, and then worked for 1.5 year as an operational geologist at the Shubarkol coal mine. Zaure has solid experience in surface mapping, geochemical sampling, core and trench logging, etc. She is a confident user of AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Surpac, and is building her skills with Surfer, MapInfo, CorelDraw, asQuire, and DataShed.
