Jake Balde is a Consultant Mining Engineer with SRK Consulting (Kazakhstan). Having graduated from Camborne School of Mines, he has experience working in the UK undertaking detailed design of yielding tunnel supports, design of mine portals and seismic assessment of concrete tunnel linings. Since joining SRK Consulting (Kazakhstan) in 2019, Jake is undertaking mine design and scheduling using Deswik as well as performing other mining engineering roles on a variety of projects.
